WTI facilitates connections among Tribes and other leaders, builds trust and understanding, and creates opportunities to explore shared interests and take collaborative action.
 

WTI is designed to supplement, not replace, other tribal and non-tribal initiatives in the Colorado River Basin.
 

WTI is not a decision-making group.
 

WTI does not speak on behalf of tribes, tribal associations, or any other organization or group.
